These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 33ba platform. By registering or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 33ba ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the 33ba website, including all gaming, betting, promotional, and payment services available on the Platform. By accessing the 33ba website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.
33ba reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 1. Eligibility
Clause 1.1
Age and Jurisdiction
The 33ba Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 33ba reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to its satisfaction. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that accessing and using 33ba is lawful in their jurisdiction. 33ba makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
Clause 1.2
Account Registration Conditions
In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following conditions to register and maintain an account on 33ba:
- You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party
- You are not a current employee, director, or affiliate of 33ba or any of its associated companies
- You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 33ba for breach of these Terms
- All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date
2. Account Management
Clause 2.1
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 33ba. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all such accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must notify 33ba support at [email protected] immediately so the issue can be resolved without penalty.
Clause 2.2
Account Verification (KYC)
33ba reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing a withdrawal, upon a significant change in account activity, or as part of a routine security review. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. All KYC documents are handled securely and in accordance with 33ba's Privacy Policy.
Clause 2.3
Account Security and Password
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 33ba account login credentials, including your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify 33ba immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 33ba will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. 33ba support staff will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Clause 3.1
Accepted Payment Methods
33ba accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods:
- Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner banks
- Any additional payment method listed on the Platform's deposit page at the time of transaction
Clause 3.2
Deposit Limits and Processing
The minimum deposit on 33ba is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, 33ba reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures on accounts with unusually high transaction volumes. All deposits are credited to the Player's account balance as soon as the relevant payment service provider confirms receipt of funds. 33ba is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the Player's bank.
Clause 3.3
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. All wagering requirements associated with active bonuses must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be approved. 33ba targets processing of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 33ba reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Clause 4.1
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 33ba are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the offer is made. In all cases, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full. Bonuses are credited in BDT and are for use on the Platform only. 33ba reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or decline to award any bonus at its discretion, including where it suspects abuse or misuse of a promotional offer.
Clause 4.2
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed using real-money gameplay; free spins winnings are subject to a separate wagering requirement as stated at the time the free spins are awarded. Wagers placed on restricted games or at bet sizes outside of permitted ranges may not count toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement.
Clause 4.3
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times, placing low-risk or offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotion — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. 33ba reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonus abuse, and permanently close the accounts of any player found to have engaged in such activity.
5. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct
Clause 5.1
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33ba Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
- Fraud, including use of stolen payment methods or false identity documentation
- Collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing, chip dumping, or organised cheating
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage
- Any attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure
Clause 5.2
Responsible Gaming Commitment
33ba is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including voluntary deposit limits and self-exclusion options. Players aged 21 and above only. 6. Intellectual Property
Clause 6.1
Ownership of Platform Content
All content on the 33ba Platform — including but not limited to its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the property of 33ba or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any Platform content.
Clause 6.2
Third-Party Trademarks
Game titles, provider names, and logos appearing on the Platform (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on 33ba does not constitute any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship of 33ba by those providers beyond the existing licensed relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clause 7.1
Service Availability
33ba endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party service interruptions, or events beyond 33ba's reasonable control. 33ba will not be liable for any loss of access, loss of data, missed bets, or financial loss resulting from Platform downtime, connection failures, or technical errors, whether caused by 33ba or by a third-party provider.
Clause 7.2
Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33ba excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 33ba has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, 33ba's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
8. Amendments and Governing Law
Clause 8.1
Amendments to These Terms
33ba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to each Player. Where a change is material, 33ba will publish a notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the change takes effect. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of the Terms is always accessible from the footer of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict with a translated version. 33ba is committed to resolving all disputes fairly, transparently, and in good faith.
